The Lady And Fire

A phone rang in a fire station,

An old lady talked without hesitation,

“Please come immediate, Pl help me at once

Two men r standing under my window,

And I don’t want to take any more chance.

“Madam, Pl call the Police and

They will handle them for you”

“No I want your long ladder,

To fetch up those horny two.”

The Poor Husband

Once upon a time a jealous husband

Got suspicious of his wife

He hired a private detective

And told him to catch her live.

After a week the man

Came back and handed cd video,

They got down watching it,

 but it had poor audio.

The frames were slightly hazy,

Yet he saw her with a man in  park

He saw the duo laughing loudly

And it was not at all dark.

He saw them enjoying at a road side café

And were dancing in a dim lit club,

His wife was doing so many things

It made him stunned with a  huff.

“I can’t believe this”

The distraught husband only could say

“That is Very True, My Sir,

But reward me with my pay”

Crest fallen the husband felt

Never had thought in my life,

So much fun she could be,

Never had known she is my wife.

Me and My Wife Poles Apart

Me and My Wife Poles Apart

“U R good For Nothing “ Thunders my Wife

I am still married to her, in this short life.

“Our neighbor  is more intelligent

Than an idiot like you”

Then why u have married me,

Rejecting prospective  few.

“I would have been more happy

By remaining as a single”

Why then u allowed me to

poke in ur life and asked me to mingle.

“I never like you to watch

All those channels of news”

But if I tell u to stop seeing the serials

U will blow ur fuse.

U will always demand

A ton of money

And I am not any ATM

That’s not any funny.

U tell me to socialize

With ur good for nothing brother,

I hate that damn rascal

U never thought to bother.

U r always busy

Talking to ur cell,

I am always busy

Chatting like a hell.

If I am South Pole

North Pole Is You,

I am married to you for 10 sweet years

And can’t live without you.

Dilemma OaHuman Being

Today, I with a friend of mine was coming home from my friend's shop..
On the way it was raining.. & we have to cross a highway thus a
very busy area..
Just as we were going on the road I spotted a man laying on the road & it looked like an accident..
At
first, I thought it was some dead body as that area is known for its
high accident rate.. So I stopped a few foot away & me & my
friend went back to give a check if he was alive..

To our
surprise, not only he was alive he was drunk.. We relaxed a bit then
thought of what to do.. Rather let him stay there & his fate work
for him or should we try wake him up..

We did the later but he
was in no mood to woke up.. We were unable to understand that what we
should do next.. People were coming and going.. Cars were stopping in
then going on.. without helping us out of the confusion..

We
thought of calling the police first but it was not that easy to take
such decision as we were kids and it might would have got us in trouble
of some sort.. I know thats very idiot & timid of us but both of us
already had a bit of harsh experience with police.. So.. In the end.. I
decided to move him a bit of the road.. & get back home..

I
was now thinking of what I could have done.. So I was thinking I should
have checked for his identity or should report the cops.. I asked my
parents about their opinion about it..

To my surprise.. both
of them told me that I should have just walked off like the other
people had.. They told me that previously someone once moved a drunken
man of that same road & next day police was on his house arresting
him in accident case.. They told me that some people told cops the
car's number..

I am still not able to understand what should I have done?? Do you have any idea??

My Friends Who Use Comps/Lap Tops

Helpful Tips on Eye Care

With so many of us spending lots of time in front of the computer every day it comes to no surprise that research is showing a rise in visual problems. What can one do? First, it’s important to find out how you can protect your eyes through eye health exams and by making a few minor changes in your computer viewing habits.

Here are some helpful Eye Care Tips -

Positioning is everything

Correct positioning of your computer, keyboard and typing copy is essential. Your screen should be positioned about an arm’s length from your eyes and 20 degrees below eye level. Consider foot and wrist rests for added comfort.

Lighting can make all the difference

Room lighting should be diffuse, not direct, to reduce glare and reflections from your screen. Look into an internal or external glare screen and be sure to set your colour, contrast and brightness levels to suit you.

A little extra help for your glasses

Anti-reflective coatings on the lenses of your glasses can be applied by your optometrist to reduce discomfort and to ease reduced vision from bright and/or flickering light sources such as VDTs and fluorescent lights. And don’t forget, your doctor of optometry can talk to you about eyeglasses designed specifically for people who use computers a lot.

Take time out, our 20-20-20 rule

Step I :-
After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your
and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This
changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

Step II :-
Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.

Step III :-
Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes
of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

It’s all in the blinking

Did you know that on average we blink 12 times per minute? But wait, did you know that when we’re on the computer we only blink 5 times per minute? That can add up to dry eyes. Relieve the discomfort by using artificial tear drops or gels and remember to blink!

Palming
Sit straight at your workstation and rub your palms against each other till you feel them warm. The warmth of your palms helps soothe and relax tired eyes. Then, lightly cup your eyes with your palms and relax for 60 seconds. Count the seconds in your mind. Repeat this exercise two to three times whenever your eyes feel tired, or as often as you want. While palming, you can either rest your elbows on your desk or keep away from the desk and cup your eyes. Both ways are fine.

Splash water on your face
During breaks, splash water on your face while closing your eyes. This has an overall relaxing effect and helps you feel refreshed.

Use tea bags
Keep two used tea bags in the refrigerator before you leave for work. Once you are home, place the tea bags on your eyes for a few minutes as you relax. This not only soothes tired eyes, but also reduces puffiness.

Eat healthy
Incorporate Vitamins A, C, and E on a daily basis; eat citrus fruits, green leafy veggies, tomatoes, spinach, poultry and dairy products. Pack a box of chopped carrots, cucumber and fresh fruits and munch in-between meals at the office.
